OELCHECK 4.0

The OELCHECK App 4.0 is the tool for our customers that enables them to quickly and easily enter sample data, view laboratory reports and manage machine data - at any time, even offline!

With OELCHECK 4.0, you can enter your lubricant and operating fluid sample data in four simple steps:
1. Scan your machine's QR code or select machine/component.
2. Scan the barcode (laboratory number) from your printed Sample Information Form.
3. Add information about the sample
4. Confirm with ‘Send’.

There is no need to fill in the Sample Information Form by hand. Simply tick the box ‘Sample information provided online’ on the printed Sample Information Form and enclose it with your lubricant or operating fluid sample.

Features in the login area
- Sample entry: Simply scan the machine QR code or use the machine search function
- Offline mode: Enter the data offline and transfer it as soon as you are online again.
- Sample status check: Call up the status of your samples.
- Sample photo: You can add up to five photos to a sample.
- Lab report: View your last lab report for a sample entered with the app.

Don't have a QR code sticker for your machine yet?

You can create and print machine QR codes yourself in your user account under LAB.REPORT.
On request, we can also send you your QR codes as practical, oil- and weather-resistant QR code stickers. Simply give us a call on +49(0)8034-9047-250 or send us an e-mail to: sales@oelcheck.de.
