Go deeper with guided journeys: Follow multi-day programs that build one prompt at a time around themes that matter to you. Explore manifesting and intention-setting, shadow work and unconscious patterns, dream journaling and interpretation, creativity and self-expression, and relationship dynamics. Each day's prompt builds on the last, creating a practice that compounds over weeks.
