Description
Open Link In is a Mac utility that lets you open any link in your preferred browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, Microsoft Edge, or Opera — instead of being locked to a single default browser.
Set Open Link In as your Mac's default browser app, and every link you click from apps like Mail, Pages, Preview, Notes, or Messages is routed to the browser you've selected from the menu bar. One click, and your link opens where you want it — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, Edge, or Opera.
Key Features
Seamlessly open links in your chosen browser with a single click Quick shortcuts for fast switching between Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, Edge, and Opera Convenient access from the menu bar Support for popular browsers including Brave, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari, and Microsoft Edge Global keyboard shortcuts for instant browser selection Customisable settings and preferences Option to launch at login for constant availability Who it's for
Open Link In is perfect for users who work with multiple browsers or prefer specific browsers for different tasks. It streamlines your workflow by eliminating the need to manually copy and paste links between browsers. Whether you're a developer testing across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, a researcher using specialised web tools, or someone who just likes to keep browsing organised, Open Link In is the ideal solution for efficient link management.
The app is easy to set up and use, with a simple interface accessible from your Mac's menu bar.
