Unlocking isn't instant. Hold to unlock for 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 3 minutes, so opening a blocked app is always a choice, never a reflex.

Breaks when you need them
Take a short break, 3 to 15 minutes, when you genuinely need an app mid-schedule. Blocking resumes automatically when it ends.

No shame, no streaks
