PictOrb Movable Lens Camera

Flip part of a scene. Break it into pixels. Bend it like light through glass.

PictOrb places a movable optical lens over the live camera view, transforming the scene wherever you put it. Choose a round Orb or a rounded, rotatable Cube.

Drag from anywhere in the preview to move the lens, pinch anywhere to resize it, and rotate Cube with two fingers. Use the vertical slider to zoom only the scene inside the lens; its shape and position stay put. The available zoom-out range adapts to the framing and lens position. Touch and hold to adjust focus and exposure. See every change live, then capture a high-resolution silent photo or 1080p video at 30 fps.

Import a photo or video and add a lens to it. Choose media from the in-app gallery, or pass a photo or video to “Edit Media in PictOrb” in Shortcuts and start editing. Turn a still photo into a silent video as you move the lens. For videos, choose a starting point, play while adjusting the lens, and save up to the point where you stop. Keep the original audio or mute it. Your originals stay unchanged; each result is saved as a new creation.

• Plain: Keeps the scene’s colors while adding the clear glass edge and highlights
• Flip: Reverses the image inside the lens
• Pixel: Pixelates the image inside the lens
• Crystal: Creates crystal-like refraction
• Shine: Casts iridescent light from the center and beyond the lens
• Stained Glass: Turns the scene's colors and boundaries into stained glass
• Prism: Separates colors
• Kaleido: Splits the image like a kaleidoscope
• Fisheye: Applies fisheye-style distortion
• Aura: Refracts the image through a slowly moving liquid wave
• Sepia: Adds warm sepia tones inside the lens
• Mono: Turns only the lens interior black and white
• Snow: Snow keeps falling and settles at the bottom, responding to tilt and lens movement
• Rain: Adds falling rain and small droplets inside the lens

Plain, Flip, Pixel, Crystal, Sepia, and Mono are free to use with both photos and videos.

In Settings, show, hide, and reorder effects to fit your workflow.

PictOrb Pro is a one-time purchase. It lets you save photos and videos made with Shine, Stained Glass, Prism, Kaleido, Fisheye, Aura, Snow, and Rain, both when capturing and when editing imported media. Preview every Pro effect before you buy. There is no subscription.

Photos, videos, and effects are processed on your device. Capture and editing media are not uploaded to a developer server. No account, ads, or tracking. Only when you choose to send a support inquiry are your message, optional reply email address, and app/device information sent to our support service.
