Pitch2Table

Get out of the spreadsheets and take control of your pitching your games. Pitch2Table is here to help you do that.

Track and manage your pitches, write your games rules, collaborate with co-designers, securely store your contracts, track your royalties, analyse your play tests all with follow up reminders so you can focus on making the best game you can.

Work on your pitch with by recording all the important details that a publisher wants to hear. Upload your sell sheets and sizzle reel, so you have all the materials you need to pitch when the time comes. Browse the list of publishers and shortlist the ones that you think are perfect for your game. When you're ready, reach out to them and record what rules and sell sheet version you have sent them. We automatically schedule reminders for you, so you know when it's time to reach out.

Record your play test results, track all the important details, not just the score or who won. Analyse your results so you can see whether that first player advantage is real or not and just how long does a game take?

Built with co-designer support from the ground up where both of your have edit permissions for every aspect of the game. We'll even prompt you to upload a co-designer agreement.

Pitch2Table supports more than just co-designer agreements, publisher NDAs, signed contracts too. All stored securely and available at the tap of button. No need to rummage around to find the email with the contract. We have it all stored with the game. And if you forget to upload it, we'll remind you that you should be, remember: it's not signed without a contract.

After the contract is signed and the royalties have come in, we can help you here too. Track your royalties per year, per publisher, per game or even per contract.

Pitch2Table is designed for and shaped by designers who are actively pitching their games to publishers. It does not matter the kind of game you are working on, the stage you are up to, nor the publisher you are pitching to.
