WHAT YOU GET

• Today's pollen index & symptom risk — a clear index with an honest, readable forecast of how bad symptoms are likely to be, from "low, most people feel fine" to "very high, start medication early."
• Pollen by type — separate levels for TREE (alder, birch, olive), GRASS, and WEED (mugwort, ragweed) pollen, in grains/m³, so you know whether it's the birch or the grass that's getting you.
• Good-time-to-go-out window — finds the lowest-pollen window in the next 24 hours so you can plan a run, a walk or hanging laundry when the air is clearest.
• 5-day pollen outlook — the daily peak index and dominant allergen for the next five days, with the worst day ahead flagged.
• Symptom diary & correlation — log how bad your symptoms feel each day (0–4). Over time the app shows how closely your symptoms track the pollen count and which allergens look like your strongest triggers.
