Awesome trustworthy good advice. I have learned a lot through this app with different articles, and advice about money, credit, and financial information. They always alert me when they notice any actions taking place on my credit report, along with good advice on how to handle credit.

Recent iterations of the app have been good. Is there any plan to add an option to compare your expenses this month vs an average of expenses from the previous 6 months? I think we'd find that would be more useful in tracking monthly trends than just the previous month comparison, where random infrequent high cost expenses can skew the comparison greatly. Thank you for continuing to work on the app. I recommend it to many people I work with.

I've used this app for years. Each update, they make the app worse. They removed the 50/30/20 budget overview, and now they removed the month/month spending chart. If you want to fly blind with your budget, this is a great option! Edit 11/26/25 The change was reverted. They have now improved the exiting budget breakdown and gave it a whole section of the app. Very happy with the direction the app has taken with recent updates.

I downloaded the app based on a response to a different review from Nerd Wallet saying there is a way to manually link a cash app account and there isn't. I don't know how I could have misinterpreted the response, but I still felt like my time was wasted. It seemed like they were just trying to convince the original reviewer to re-download the app for their other accounts they mentioned.

Can't manually enter transactions. Oh, you can go through the motions, but it doesn't accept them. Pretty useless when I'm trying to keep track of pending transactions. What happened to just plain dumb ledgers? Do I need to go back to paper?

THIS APP IS SO FRUSTRATING. "Keep track of all your accounts...". HOW! 90% when you try to link an account it fails. It seems to fail to pass along the MFA to the site. Then once you actually get accounts connected... do they stay connected!? NO. A simple Google search shows this is a very common issue. How is NerdWallet such an "awarded" app when none of this works. And FORGET using their website. Not even sure why they allow you to log in on their site. You can't do anything outside the app.
