With Live Activities and widgets, you can keep track of your timer even when the app is in the background. The timer will always be visible on the lock screen, and for iPhone models with Dynamic Island, simply long-tap anywhere on the Dynamic Island to view it. If you have the "Always-On Display" option enabled on your iPhone, you will no longer need to touch the screen to see the elapsed time once you've started your workout and locked your phone.

Widgets bring Pomodrop to your home screen: they show you your daily tasks and their progress, or the timer if a session is in progress. If you pause, you'll see the remaining time and a discreet but clear alert. When midnight arrives, a message appears that remains visible until you reopen the app: something to reflect on as the new day takes shape.
