PostSpar: Boxing Video Review

Sparring doesn't end at the bell.

Every round you spar is full of lessons, but most of them vanish by the time the gloves come off. A slipped counter you never saw coming, a dropped guard in the third round, a habit your coach spotted from the corner but couldn't pause the action to explain.

PostSpar is where those lessons stop getting lost. Boxers and coaches review sparring footage together, pinpoint exactly what needs work, and turn it into training, so every session moves you closer to your goals.

HOW IT WORKS

- Record your sparring. Film the session and upload it straight from your phone. Uploads keep running in the background, even if you close the app.

- Clip the key moments. Long footage gets broken down into short, focused clips of the exchanges that matter. No more scrubbing through 30 minutes of video to find one mistake.

- Review with your coach. Watch the clips together or apart. Your coach sees exactly what happened, not a description of it from memory, and can rate exchanges and leave feedback tied to the exact moment on screen.

- Train on your mistakes. Feedback doesn't stay talk. Your coach builds exercises around what the footage revealed and assigns them to your training week, so what you saw on Sunday is what you're drilling on Monday.

FOR BOXERS

Stop guessing what to work on. See yourself the way your coach sees you, understand the why behind every correction, and walk into each training session with a plan built on your own footage instead of generic advice.

FOR COACHES

Your eye is your value, and PostSpar makes it scale. Review your fighters' sparring on your own time, anchor every piece of feedback to the exact moment it happened, and turn corrections into assigned exercises your boxers can follow through the week. No more repeating yourself, no more lessons lost between sessions.

WHY IT WORKS

Improvement in boxing comes from a loop: spar, spot the gap, train the fix, spar again. Most of that loop happens on memory and shouted corrections. PostSpar closes it with footage, precise feedback, and exercises that come directly from what actually happened in the ring.

Champions are made after the bell.
