Athena: Fight Camp

Athena

Fight camp nutrition and weight management for combat sports athletes.

Athena is built for amateur and semi professional fighters across Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, and grappling who need to make weight, perform better, and stay consistent without a full time nutritionist.

Subscription Required

Access all features with a monthly auto renewing subscription. Start with a 7 day free trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

Adaptive Weight Cut Management

Athena tracks your weight daily and adjusts your nutrition targets in real time. When you are dropping too fast, losing muscle, or stalling, the system recalibrates to keep your cut on schedule without sacrificing performance.

AI Generated Meal Plans

Get a full week of meals built around your targets, training schedule, and preferences. Swap meals with AI generated alternatives, customise for fight week, and generate meals based on what is available around you.

Restaurant and Travel Logging

Training abroad or eating out? Type any dish and Athena estimates the macros instantly. Adjust portions and log meals in seconds without relying on barcode scans or guesswork.

Training Aware Fueling

Nutrition adapts automatically to training days versus rest days. Carbs are timed around sessions, protein remains consistent, and targets shift based on your workload.

AI Nutrition Assistant

Ask questions about your cut, your meals, your recovery, or your energy levels and receive guidance based on your actual data rather than generic advice.

Performance Check Ins

Log energy, soreness, sleep, and session quality after training. Athena connects nutrition and recovery trends to performance and flags issues before they become bigger problems.

Fight Reviews

Review every camp from pre fight to post fight. Track what worked, what did not, and carry lessons forward into future recommendations.

WHOOP Integration

Connect your WHOOP account to sync recovery, HRV, strain, and sleep data. Athena adjusts recommendations based on how recovered you actually are.

Apple Health Integration

Sync workouts, activity, and health data directly through Apple Health for a more complete picture of training load and recovery.

Barcode Scanner

Scan packaged foods and instantly log macros without manually entering nutrition data.

Fight Camp Insights

Track weight trajectory, nutrition consistency, recovery patterns, and overall camp trends so you arrive at fight week informed and prepared.
