Open the app and your coach has already read your training: today's brief tells you whether to train, go lighter, or rest — and why, in plain words drawn from your own lifts. Ask it anything and, when the answer should BE a workout, it hands you a card you can act on in one tap.
YOUR COACH (browsing free; conversations with Pro):
• A daily brief on your home screen — train, go lighter, or rest, grounded in your own data ($0, on every plan)
• Chat that answers with action: routines, today's session, program enrollment, goals, target bumps, deload weeks, rehab tracking, plateau plans
• Tell it what you did — "3x5 squats at 225 this morning" — and it logs the workout for you
• It remembers what matters: tell it you're training for a September trip and it plans around that
• It backs off on its own when pain trends up or you're rehabbing — never push-harder advice at the wrong time
NEW HERE? A GUIDED SETUP:
• Answer a few quick questions — goal, experience, where you train, the muscle you want to focus on — and Progresa builds you a starter program to enroll in on the spot
SEE WHAT YOU TRAIN:
• Muscle maps on a real body diagram — pick a focus muscle in setup, see any exercise's muscles on its page, and heat-map your recent training with the Muscle map card on your dashboard
THE LOG UNDERNEATH (free):
• Quick logging with progression suggestions, smart defaults, and one-tap warm-up ramps
• Siri & Shortcuts: "Log a workout", "What's today's session" — plus Lock Screen / Dynamic Island rest timer
• Plate calculator, personal records, strength levels, streaks, and a weekly check-in that flags stalls
• Dashboard charts: volume by exercise, equipment, and body area; muscle maps; goals in one place
• Programs with day-by-day prefills; bodyweight tracking with two-way Apple Health sync
• Full history search and CSV/JSON export; pounds or kilograms; now in English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese
SHARE & FOLLOW (optional, private by default):
• Set up a profile, follow friends, and share to a feed — post a workout, a progress card, or a photo, with likes and comments
• Nothing is shared until you turn Social on
PRO (monthly, annual, or a one-time lifetime unlock):
• Coach conversations — every reply reads your actual history and answers with cards, not paragraphs
• AI Analysis — what's working, what's plateauing, what to change; recovery-aware with Apple Health
• AI routine generation and tailored exercise suggestions, each with a reason
• Same features on every plan — choose monthly, annual, or pay once for lifetime access
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime through your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; the lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase with nothing to renew or cancel
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT:
• No advertising, no analytics, no tracking across other apps
• AI features run only with your explicit consent, and only when you use them; in-app account deletion removes everything, coach conversations included
