Why PROOF holds up:
Most AI detectors only learn what AI photos look like. They start guessing the second a new generator ships. PROOF learns that signal and the physical fingerprint a real camera leaves on a real photo (light, sensor noise, compression history). That fingerprint is the same across every AI model. The visual style can shift overnight; the camera-origin signal can't.
