A gentle 2-minute guide plays soft tones and you pick the one that matches, in one ear or both. Left and right can each get their own pitch and level.

MASKING SHAPED AROUND YOUR RING
Notched masking softens the sound right around your pitch for a gentler blend. Choose white, pink or brown noise, or real nature recordings: rain, ocean, stream, fan and forest. Turn on "Mask my tinnitus while I work" and the focus sound is shaped around your ring too.

SOUND THAT FITS YOU
The sound adapts to your room (a 2-second listen sets the level) and to the time of day. Connect Apple Health and it also follows your AirPods hearing test and your resting heart rate.

PLAYS ALL NIGHT
The sound keeps going when your screen locks, when a call comes in, and when you switch to AirPods. A sleep timer fades it out on its own, so it's easy on your battery.
