Q-SIM
The Q-SIM includes always an initial data package for Zone Global with a validity period of 90 days. The size of the initial data package can vary, depending on the sales channel and/or retail price. The data volume can be consumed in the entire Zone Global. The activation of the Q-SIM will automatically activate the initial data package.
The Q-SIM has an indefinite validity if you keep using it. An inactive Q-SIM will be deactivated after 365 days. In case you want to re-activate a deactivated Q-SIM, please contact our support.
The Q-SIM supports all form factors: Mini-, Micro- and Nano SIM.

Q-TopUps
- 1GB Global (CHF/EUR 15.-): 1GB data package, validity period 30 days, Zone Global
- 1GB Global+ (CHF/EUR 29.-): 1GB data package, validity period 30 days, Zone Global+ (includes zone Global)

Data Packages
Our offer is based on data packages. Each data package comes with an allocated data volume and a validity period.
The validity period for:
- the initial data package is 90 days and starts with the successful registration and activation of the Q-SIM. Validity period ends on the 90th day at midnight (CET).
- the Q-TopUp is 30 days and starts with the successful purchase in the Qynamic App. Validity period ends on the 30th day at midnight (CET).
