Rapporteur — Minutes Reporting

Rapporteur turns your meetings into professional meeting reports, without you taking a single note.

HOW IT WORKS
• Tap the microphone button when the meeting starts.
• Put the iPhone down: recording continues with the screen off.
• Tap "Stop": the audio is sent automatically.
• A few minutes later, receive a structured meeting report: attendees, topics discussed, decisions, action items and owners.

THREE WAYS TO RECORD
• In the room: put the iPhone in the middle of the table, its microphone picks up the whole room and each speaker is told apart.
• Online: put the meeting on speaker, the iPhone picks up the people you are talking to as well as your own voice.
• Replay: play back the recording of a past meeting, and it is written up like a live session.

FAITHFUL TO THE FACTS
The meeting report relies only on what was said. Nothing invented, nothing approximated: figures, names and decisions are reported as they were.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works in French and in English.
• A dropped network stops nothing: meetings are kept on the iPhone and are sent on their own when the connection returns.
• Long meetings accepted (several hours).
• An alert warns you if nothing is being picked up any more.
• Your recordings travel securely (HTTPS) and are processed on our servers; the audio is deleted after transcription.
