Recavo: Booking Manager

RECAVO is the booking and client manager for people who work by appointment — personal trainers, detailers, and any small business that lives by its diary.
See your day at a glance, take bookings from your phone, let clients book themselves online, and know who has paid before they walk in.

YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE
• Day, week and month calendar with every booking colour-coded by payment status
• Add a booking in seconds: client, service, slot — the confirmation goes out automatically
• Block time off, add events and manage more than one location or staff member
• Pull to refresh; everything stays in sync with the web app

LET CLIENTS BOOK WHILE YOU WORK
• Your own online booking page with live availability
• Take deposits or full payment up front
• Automatic confirmations and reminders by email and text, so fewer no-shows
• Offer links to share specific services or promotions

GET PAID WITHOUT THE CHASING
• Deposits, balances and payments in one place
• Record cash and card payments on the spot
• Invoice clients and track what's outstanding
• Sell packages and credits clients can book against

KNOW YOUR CLIENTS
• Every client's contact details, history, notes and upcoming bookings
• Follow-ups so nobody slips through the cracks
• Import your existing client list in minutes
• Referral tracking to see who's sending you work

RUN THE BUSINESS
• Services with duration, price, deposit and cancellation rules
• Staff, locations and consumables
• Reports on revenue, attendance and occupancy
• Sign in with Apple or Google

RECAVO works the same on your phone and on the web.
