Total Restoration: Reviving Spirit, Soul, and Body Postpartum

Spirit
Nourish and build your spirit with teachings on key topics such as physical recovery from childbirth, postpartum depression, anxiety, and sleep deprivation, etc. Each segment provides focused prayer points and scriptural insights, designed to foster a deep and effective prayer posture to bolster your life in this season. Harness the power of prayer and the wisdom of God’s Word, empowering you to overcome challenges and embrace healing in every aspect of your postpartum journey and in all areas of your daily life.

Soul
Explore the unique power of Biblical Meditation, focused on filling your mind with the truths of God's Word rather than emptying it. This Christ-centered practice invites you to deeply engage with scripture, present your intention, allowing God’s living, powerful Word to transform your thoughts and emotions. Meditate on divine truths to increase your spiritual capacity and align your soul with the enduring promises of Jesus Christ.

Body
This section introduces two transformative programs: 'Core Restore Postpartum Foundation' (CRPF) and 'Fire Fit Mommas.' CRPF is a rehab level workout that targets core and pelvic floor strengthening for recent mothers, laying the groundwork for solid recovery. 'Fire Fit Mamas' accelerates progress with whole body praise and dance workouts. This ongoing program adds new content regularly, boosting strength and resilience, infusing your postpartum journey with energy and joy.
