Every morning Regen reads your HRV, resting heart rate and sleep from Apple Health and gives you a 0-100 recovery score, a plain-English call, and one line telling you exactly which number moved it. That part is free, and it is the whole point of the app.

REGEN BASE
Turns the morning call into an actual session. Base knows that a heavy lift and a hard run are two different kinds of tired, and adjusts what it asks of you for each. It reads the trend across weeks instead of one morning, so today's call sits in the context of the block you are actually in.

REGEN ELITE

PRIVACY
Your health data is read on your device. Nothing about your body leaves your phone unless you ask the coach a question, and coaching sends only what that question needs.

Regen requires Apple Health. An Apple Watch, or another device that records HRV and sleep, gives the best results.
