Rekomp: GLP-1 Tracker

Rekomp is the companion for your GLP-1 journey. Your medication handles the fat loss — Rekomp helps you track it properly and protect your muscle while you do.

Made for anyone on Mounjaro®, Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound® and similar medications who wants to lose fat the right way.

MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Rekomp is a personal tracking and educational tool. It does not provide diagnosis or medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care. Always consult your doctor before making any medical decision, including starting, adjusting, or stopping any medication.

All estimates shown (including the estimated medication level) are educational, based on general scientific literature, and do not represent a clinical measurement.

WHY REKOMP

Most GLP-1 apps just log a dose and stop there. Rekomp goes deep on your medication — and on the thing that protects your muscle while you lose fat: getting enough protein.

YOUR GLP-1, IN FULL DEPTH

▸ Log doses with date, amount, and injection site
▸ Estimated medication-level chart over time (educational)
▸ Visual injection-site rotation across body sites
▸ Symptom history (nausea, fatigue, headache, and more)
▸ Dose titration tracking across your treatment
▸ Switch medications while keeping your full history
▸ Optional dose reminders so you never miss one
▸ Free notes per dose, shown right in your history

PROTEIN, MADE EASY

Appetite drops on a GLP-1 — and protein is what protects your muscle. Rekomp keeps it simple:
▸ A personalized daily target based on your bodyweight
▸ Over 570 foods, built on the Brazilian TACO table (NEPA/UNICAMP)
▸ Household measures: log "1 ladle of beans", not grams
▸ One-tap add for your most frequent meals
▸ Add your own foods, kept alongside the catalog
▸ Day-by-day tracking, so hitting your target becomes a habit
▸ Optional evening reminder when you haven't hit your target

SEE IT WORKING

▸ Bodyweight trend, scaled to show even small changes
▸ Your full dose history in one timeline
▸ Symptoms tracked alongside each dose cycle

TOTAL PRIVACY

Rekomp has no login, no account, and no server. All your data — doses, symptoms, weight, nutrition — stays only on your device. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud, sold, or shared with insurers, employers, or pharmaceutical companies.

WORKS OFFLINE

Once installed, Rekomp works without internet.

WHAT REKOMP IS NOT

Rekomp is not a meal plan, a calorie counter, or a motivational coach. It's your personal GLP-1 and protein tracker.

SOURCES

Rekomp's educational content is grounded in scientific literature, including Morton et al. (2018) on protein and muscle and Helms et al. (2014) on protein in a caloric deficit, plus the official manufacturer leaflets (Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly) for medication parameters. Nutritional data comes from TACO — Brazilian Food Composition Table, NEPA/UNICAMP, 4th edition. Full sources are available in the app under Scientific References.
