FLEXIBLE TIMING OPTIONS
Choose when to wake relative to sunrise:
• Nautical Dawn – Wake as the sky begins to lighten (~60 min before sunrise)
• Civil Dawn – Wake as the horizon becomes visible (~30 min before sunrise)
• Sunrise – Wake right as the sun appears
• After Sunrise – Ease into the morning (10 min after sunrise)
