Description by Future M&G LLC(from the App Store)
Riveria helps you end an addictive habit with AVRT AVRT stands for Addictive Voice Recognition Technique. It teaches you to spot the Addictive Voice, separate it from you, and act on your real choice. Riveria turns that into simple daily practice so you can quit for good.
How AVRT works in Riveria • Recognize any thought, feeling, image, or urge that supports using • Label it as the Addictive Voice so it is not you • Dismiss it without debate and move on with your choice • Make your Big Plan: “I will never use again, and I will never change my mind”
What you get • Urge Coach: real-time prompts that walk you through Recognize, Label, Dismiss • Big Plan Builder: write it, rehearse it, anchor it with reminders • Sober Day Counter: watch your streak grow • Savings Tracker: see the money you keep by not using • Journal and Insights: note triggers and patterns, get clear fast • Learn AVRT: a clean reader view that explains the method in plain language • Streaks and milestones to keep your wins visible
Why this works AVRT replaces coping with clarity. If a thought argues for using, it is the Addictive Voice. You do not have to negotiate with it. You recognize it and refuse it, and the decision stays clean.
