- Show you how we use your activity data to make a plan that is personalized just for you - we don’t do templates - EVER!
- Illuminate how we periodize training for non-goal and goal races in your schedule
- Explain how we calculate your specific workouts and paces and update your plan dynamically as you improve and get stronger
- Discuss the signals we look for to identify when you may need to back off and when you’re ready for a peak performance
- Outline how we adjust training for injury, travel, work constraints and all of your life’s events
- Show you why you NEVER RUN ALONE with RUNCOACH

We are real human coaches, not a bot or AI for self-service. As such, we strive to make 1:1 personalized training affordable via Runcoach Premium membership and charge accordingly. Because we are people we aren’t the cheapest training on the market, but since we want Runcoach to be accessible to everyone, we don’t charge the same as what your personal fitness trainer might ask for.

We’ve coached runners at all levels (junior high, high school and Olympic Development) for over 20 years now and are able to offer experience, and we hope wisdom about what can work best for you.

We’ve honed our tools to utilize effective tracking and syncing to enable our feedback loop so you can:

- Understand actionable performance metrics with color coded splits for every interval, Mile or Km

We believe other tracking apps such as Strava, Runna, Runtastic, RunKeeper and Nike Run Club provide excellent social and data insights so we incorporate some of those data sources into our training as well.
