• Add personal moments and schedule breathwork
• Notice recurring patterns over time

Each source is optional. Health and Calendar context is processed on device, while protected Screen Time data remains inside Apple’s report. Reflect is designed for personal awareness and wellbeing—not medical diagnosis.

Sama’s breath-hold tests are general wellness tools. There is no target to beat; stop if you feel uncomfortable. They do not measure oxygen, carbon dioxide, lung function, or health.

Sama includes free features, with optional Sama Pro subscriptions for full access. Subscriptions renew unless canceled in App Store settings.
