We created this App to enhance your holistic well-being through mental and physical flexibility, agility and strength. Seichou Tacker™ is intended for students who wish to study karate locally in northern Virginia and for eLearners who cannot visit our dojo.

Any plan for personal growth begins with awareness. Seichou Tracker™ is a tremendous tool for newcomers and experienced karateka because we’ll help you assess your current knowledge and state of physical fitness and, then, help you track your progress as you learn or improve karate technique (kihon waza), movement patterns (kata) and free-fighting (jiyu kumite).

When you enroll in our program through Seichou Tracker™ you’ll have access to our in-depth videos on how to perform Japanese karate and lectures on karate philosophy. Thus, you’ll learn how to execute each technique in our basic syllabus and foundational concepts of this martial art. Most importantly, you’ll be able to participate in live karate classes during which you’ll draw on the enormous energy and knowledge of our dynamic instructors.
