Seize Life turns the classic Wheel of Life — a long-standing coaching exercise — from a one-time worksheet into an ongoing practice. Rate your satisfaction across the areas of your life on a simple 1–10 scale, and see the result as a beautiful radar wheel. The rounder the wheel, the more even your ratings.
CHECK IN, DON'T JUST CHECK ONCE
• Start with a preset of 6, 8, or 9 life areas — Career, Health, Money, Relationships, Personal Growth, and more
• Make it yours: rename, add, remove, and reorder areas at any time
• Rate each area in seconds, with optional notes for reflection
• Get one clear headline number — your Wheel Total, your ratings added up, out of 80 for an eight-area wheel — plus Level and Balance, so a high-but-lopsided wheel never hides behind one figure
SEE YOUR BALANCE CHANGE OVER TIME
• Every check-in is saved as a snapshot in your history
• Follow trends per area and overall
• Compare then vs. now, and see which area you rated lowest
CONNECT WITH SOMEONE WHO KEEPS YOU HONEST
• Share your wheel with a partner or friend through a private, invite-only iCloud link
• When they share back, you're connected: see each other's latest wheel
• Compare your wheels side by side — overlaid on one radar, with per-area differences
• You choose what to share. Nothing is ever public.
EVERYWHERE YOU ARE
• iPhone and iPad, with layouts that use the space
• Apple Watch app and complication: glance at your score, right from your wrist
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with your current wheel and score
• Optional Apple Health connection to inform your Health & Fitness rating
• iCloud sync keeps your history on all your devices — no account to create, ever
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your check-ins live on your device and in your own iCloud. There is no sign-up, no login, and no public feed. Sharing is always your choice, always invite-only.
Seize Life is free to use, supported by a single unobtrusive ad. A one-time purchase removes ads forever.
Available in English, French, and Spanish.
Start your first check-in today — and find out what your wheel looks like.
