Description by Md Anisur Rahman(from the App Store)
Found a workout in a reel or a video? Paste the link. SetForge reads it and builds a routine you can actually train — every exercise, set, rep and rest.
SAVE IT FROM ANYWHERE • Paste a link and let SetForge pull the workout out of it • Upload your own video — it listens to the audio and reads the screen • Paste plain text from a caption or your notes • Or build one by hand in a few taps
TRAIN WITHOUT LOSING YOUR PLACE Gym mode shows one set at a time. Log the weight and reps, and the rest timer starts itself. You always know the set you are on, what is coming next, and whether you are ahead of the clock.
SEE WHAT THE SESSION WAS WORTH The moment you finish, SetForge maps the muscles you hit, totals the volume you moved, and catches any record you just broke — personal bests and session volume records are found for you, not typed in. Turn it into a card and share it.
890+ EXERCISES, PLUS YOUR OWN Filter by muscle or equipment. Missing a machine from your gym? Add it once and it is yours for good, along with your own equipment.
PROGRESS THAT GOES BACK MONTHS • A 12-week heatmap of every session • Volume and sets by muscle, so you can see what you neglect • Strength trends per exercise • Body weight with the daily noise smoothed out, plus measurements • Progress photos, kept on your device
AN AI COACH THAT HAS READ YOUR LOGS Ask what to train, when to back off, or why a lift stalled. The answers come from your own logged sessions — readiness, recent volume, and what you have actually been doing.
PROGRAMS, NOT JUST SESSIONS Follow a multi-week plan, or let AI build one around your goals, schedule and equipment. Progression carries from session to session.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Export everything to a file whenever you want, and import it straight back. Sign in to back up to the cloud and restore on a new phone. Workout tracking, the exercise library and gym mode all work without an account.
SetForge Pro unlocks unlimited video imports, advanced analytics and the AI coach. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
