Set your work time, rest time, and rounds. Hit play. SetGo handles the transitions so you can focus on your reps. Whether you're doing push ups between sets or holding a plank until the timer ends, the app keeps you on track without getting in your way.
But SetGo isn't just a timer. It's also a daily workout journal.
Pick any day of the week and set your goals: 50 push ups, 2 minutes of wall sit, 10 pull ups. Start your workout from the journal and your progress updates in real time. Reps-based goals update as you count. Time-based goals update as the timer runs. Close the workout early and your progress is still saved.
Open the app the next day and see exactly where you left off. Your calendar tracks every completed goal, every exercise, every day.
