SetSay: Voice Workout Log

Finish a set. Say what you did. SetSay keeps the exercise, weight and reps in your workout log, so you don't have to remember them all later.

“Bench 80 for 8.” Then “85 for 6.” SetSay keeps track of the current exercise, so you don't need to name it every time. Prefer to type? Send the same words in the chat.

Log as you go
Record one set or several in a message. Check the card for the weight and reps, and correct the entry if something needs changing.

Look back at your sessions
Open a past workout to see what you lifted and how many reps you managed. Edit your entries or export your history as a CSV file.

See your training in numbers
Compare training volume over 7, 30 or 90 days. View volume by muscle group, personal records and progress for an exercise.

Keep your routine ready
Build a template with your exercises and open it at the start of a session. Your plan appears in the chat, ready for you to log your sets.

Take a closer look
Ask AI to review a workout or recent weeks using your saved entries. It can help you reflect on your training, but may make mistakes and does not provide medical advice.

SetSay supports English and Russian, kilograms and pounds. With your permission, completed workouts can be saved to Apple Health.

Cloud processing of messages and AI analysis need an internet connection. Request limits apply; cloud features may be temporarily unavailable when those limits are reached.
