Inside shaep Elite, you work directly with Kelsey alongside an expert macro coach who builds your plan around your body, your goals, and your starting point. Each day, your workouts and mindfulness are programmed and ready for you inside the app — a combination of on-demand shaep strength x pilates workouts along with breathwork and meditation that will keep you consistent. Your nutrition is handled through a custom meal plan built around your personal weight, goals, and macros, with an auto-generated grocery list so you always know exactly what to buy. Daily habit tracking reminders keep you accountable to your water, sleep, and steps, and everything from your workouts to your progress is tracked in one place.
Each week includes group coaching with Kelsey, plus ongoing messaging support so your questions never go unanswered. The program starts with small group on-boarding with your macro coach where she can make personalized adjustments to your plan and answer any questions.
