Watch the Shredify 'Workout Engine' pull specific exercises with videos to create your unique plan, available immediately.

We specialise in changing your body shape, from accentuating lush curves in all the right places to strength, conditioning, weight loss and even bulking. Shredify gets you results, fast.

The Workout Engine:
Shredify learns your lifestyle, abilities, behaviour, and preferences and uses this data to prescribe daily unique workouts, tailored for your body shape goal.

Change Location:
Train at home, the gym, or outdoors; Shredify makes it easy to change the location to suit your lifestyle.

With or Without Equipment:
Whether you are in a fully stocked gym, or just using your body weight, Shredify will provide you with the perfect workout. Unlike most apps, you can use Shredify in gyms on all equipment, from machines to cables and free weights.

Flexible Sessions:
Train towards your body shape goal in your lunch break or during a leisurely Sunday session. You can alter the workout length each day to suit you.

HIIT:
If your body needs it, High Intensity Interval Training is prescribed to smash through plateaus.

Subscription Information:

Shredify is a paid subscription app that bills according to the billing plan you selected when signing up.
- Monthly: On the same date each month
- Six Monthly: Every six calendar months
- Yearly: Every twelve calendar months

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
