Addictive! The program is great, simply tell it what kit you have at home or at the gym and each and every workout will be completely different I've trained regularly before and over the past few years been enjoying programs like P90X and You Are Your Own Gym, but I'm enjoying Shredify more. It's simple and easy to use and the workouts can be 20, 40 or 60 min and often new exercises, so each workout is different. However, the app itself could do with a few suggestions It'd be great to quickly see a simple list at the beginning what equipment is required during the workout, so you don't have to go hunting kit mid session It'd be great to have a third option along with Home or Gym. I know you can edit the equipment lists. But what if you're away from home or regularly have access to another gym with different kit - Being able to have another list of training equipment to workout would be great. Being able to edit what weights you used would be handy, before the end of the workout as there have been a few times I've put the wrong number in.and not been able to go back All in all, an addictive program with an app that has some areas to develop

Bought a year's description and what a shocker it turned out to be. What you spend your time doing is staring at your screen forever clicking through everything and rewinding videos. This is 100% not user friendly. It does not run itself. The videos have no verbal instruction and just a few bits of text. All it is are poor videos of a man or woman with the same wind instrument music in every video. Everything else is just a fad that does nothing. Such poor execution and looks to be aimed at women

I'd rate it zero if possible!! DON'T DOWNLOAD IT'S A SCAM!! For more than a year trying to get in contact with them...app it's not working, phone number it's out of service and same goes for email address. Facebook profile down( or been blocked) reading all messages and not bothered replying. No words to describe how low the customer service is, not to mention the ignorance and refusal to cancel subscription just so they can still charge you for a non existing service.
