Each day, Shutdown Club walks one short loop:

• Schedule your time — claim a real, legitimate block of the evening that's yours. You've had it once, so you don't have to win it back at 1am.

• Enter the shutdown window — a calm screen that asks for only one thing: no new threads. Not "stop having fun." Just no new rabbit holes, no new projects, no 11pm deep-dives. When the urge hits, a gentle prompt helps you tell a real thread from a 2am one.

• Park what's unfinished — write down what's still spinning and where to pick it up tomorrow. It's a pause receipt for your brain, not a to-do list.

• Review in the morning — four quick taps and a Shutdown Score that's never a punishment, just a mirror. Over time, Insights shows your real pattern: the entry points that tempt you most, and what the nights you held the line had in common.

It even tells the difference between a Planned Late Night (you chose it) and Revenge Bedtime (it chose you).
