Solid Steps

Solid Steps helps parents confidently introduce solid foods to their baby.
Log every feeding, track allergen exposure, plan meals, and share progress
with caregivers - all in one calm, beautifully designed app.

STARTING SOLIDS, WITHOUT THE STRESS
Between 4-6 months, babies begin their food journey. Solid Steps gives you
a simple, pediatrician-informed way to track what they've tried, how often,
and what to introduce next.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Log feedings in seconds - food, amount, timing, prep, and how it went
- Track major allergens with clear progress indicators and repeat reminders
- Record reactions any time with severity, symptoms, and actions taken
- See history by day or on a calendar, with charts of new foods per week
- Browse the Food Atlas to see what's been tried in each food group
- Invite your partner, nanny, or grandparent as a co-caregiver
- Export a PDF summary to share with your pediatrician
- Add Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for the next step
- With Solid Steps Pro: a weekly solids plan shaped by baby age, food
history, paused foods, and allergen status, plus a grouped shopping list

WHY PARENTS LOVE IT
