Simtegre eSIM: Travel Internet

Simtegre eSIM is prepaid mobile data for travel, bought by the trip and never by contract.
It is made for people whose year holds more than one flight — a week in Italy, a conference in Japan, a beach in Mexico.
Pay in the app and your eSIM is ready a short while later: no SIM to swap, no roaming bill waiting for you at home.

Where it works
• Italy, Japan, Mexico and London, plus Greece, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, Ireland, Switzerland, Iceland and Malta
• The Bahamas, Jamaica and Costa Rica, for when winter drags on
• Regional plans for Europe, Asia, South-East Asia, the Gulf, Africa, South America, the Caribbean and Oceania, for trips that cross borders
• Local networks at the destination, on 4G/LTE and 5G where the network offers it

Installing
One tap on the iPhone, a QR code, or the details typed in by hand — take your pick. Do it at home on Wi-Fi, since installing needs an internet connection, then turn the line on after you land. Two minutes, and nothing to collect at the airport.

Your number stays
The eSIM carries data only and sits beside your own SIM. Calls, texts and WhatsApp stay on the number you already have.

Plans
• Fixed data packs
• Unlimited plans: the data never stops, and after a daily high-speed amount the speed drops for the rest of that day
• Day passes, where you choose anything from 1 to 30 days
• Prepaid and one-off — nothing renews by itself
• A calculator that suggests a size from how long you stay and how you use your phone
• A live balance, a warning before you run low, and top-ups for data packs and day passes
• Several eSIMs side by side, so the next trip starts in the same app

Already there
Buying, installing, topping up and reaching support all work from the destination.

Refund
An eSIM you never installed, with no data used, comes back in full within 15 days of purchase. No reason needed.

Paying and signing in
Apple Pay or card. Sign in with Apple, Google or a code sent to your e-mail — there is no password to forget.

Devices
An eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked iPhone XS or newer on iOS 15 or later, and cellular iPads with eSIM.

Support and languages
