Site Survey App

SiteSurvey turns site surveys, installs and inspections into one connected record — walk the site, talk through it, and leave with a client-ready report instead of an evening of paperwork.

Built for AV and technology integrators, M&E contractors, FM teams, security installers and anyone who surveys, installs or inspects on site.

WALK CAM — TALK, DON'T TYPE
• Guided video inspections: one point, one clip, one answer
• Live on-device voice-to-text writes the report as you speak
• Auto-clip pulls key frames from every recording
• Share finished walks as a PDF or public player link

SCAN ANY LABEL
• Point the phone at a label — serials, MAC and IP addresses and barcodes are read on sight
• Values file themselves into the right field on the product record
• Snap-to-read OCR handles worn or dense labels
• Print QR labels so one scan opens the exact product on site

EVERY PROJECT, ONE PLACE
• Projects mirror the real site: spaces, products, forms, photos and files
• Pin every room to the floor plan for a visual index of the job
• Product records with photos, data points, geo location and test forms

FORMS FOR EVERY SURVEY TYPE
• Build any form with AI — describe it, refine it, assign it
• Conditional logic, photo evidence, ratings and sign-on-glass
• Share a form as a secure web link — customers complete it in their browser, no app needed
• Audio notes transcribed on device, filed against the space

WORKS OFFLINE
• Capture in basements, risers and plant rooms with no signal
• Everything syncs when connectivity returns

PLAN THE PEOPLE
• Bookings with project context, notes and one-tap directions
• Opt-in live team locations on the office map
• Arrival notifications when you reach site

REPORT IN ONE TAP
• Custom site reports built from project sections
• Polished PDFs with clips, photos and answers
• Share by link or email straight from the app

The SiteSurvey web platform gives the office the same live record — plan projects, review submissions and build reports while the field team captures.
