SiteSnapr: Move-Out Reports

Turn field work and move-outs into a report your client will accept.

SiteSnapr is an iPhone app for jobs where a report is expected every time — daily field reports, work completion reports, move-out turnovers, routine cleaning, and inspections. Pair before-and-after photos with a note on site, and turn them into a clean A4 PDF you can submit right away. No more writing reports after hours.

Capture, annotate, share. That's the whole flow.

What it solves
- Stop rebuilding reports back at the office, every single time
- Scattered photos in Messages don't show off the finished result
- A clean report changes how managers and owners see you — and whether they call you again
- Look like a real, dependable pro even as a solo operator

Key features

- Add a client-facing note next to each pair
- Finish with supplementary photos, a completion note, and a customer signature
- Put your company name and logo on the cover — included for free
- Generate a clean A4 PDF in one tap
- Submit via Mail, Messages, Files, or AirDrop using the iOS share sheet
- Search past jobs by client, site, location, or work type
