Six Daily Questions

Daily Questions helps you build self-awareness and personal accountability through a simple, powerful daily practice.

Based on the "Daily Questions" methodology created by world-renowned executive coach Marshall Goldsmith in his bestselling book "Triggers," this app gives you a structured way to reflect on what matters most — every single day.

THE PRACTICE
The concept is simple but transformative: each day, you rate yourself on a set of personal questions that begin with "Did I do my best to..." This subtle shift in framing puts the focus on effort, not outcomes — and that changes everything.

You start with six foundational questions like:
• Did I do my best to set clear goals today?
• Did I do my best to make progress toward my goals?
• Did I do my best to find meaning?
• Did I do my best to be happy?
• Did I do my best to build positive relationships?
• Did I do my best to be fully engaged?

Customize your questions to reflect your own priorities, values, and growth areas. Add new ones, edit existing ones, or start fresh — it's your practice.

WHY IT WORKS
Marshall Goldsmith has coached some of the most successful leaders in the world. His Daily Questions process is the same tool he uses with Fortune 100 CEOs. The research is clear: people who ask themselves active questions — "Did I do my best to..." — show significantly greater improvement than those who ask passive questions.

A few minutes each day is all it takes. The consistency of the practice is what creates real, measurable change.
