Your visit with Smart Care 24/7 is just like a visit to an urgent care or walk in clinic. The provider will discuss your medical history, any medications you are currently taking and ask questions to understand your symptoms. If the provider determines you need a prescription, it will be called in to a local pharmacy.

Your Smart Care 24/7 visit is private, secure and HIPAA-compliant. We provide a summary of your visit via email and you can access your visit details simply by logging in to the app. We can also make arrangements for follow-up care and even help you find a primary care provider.

Sharing Apple Health data is optional but allows the provider to see heart rate, weight, and other health information to help them make a more accurate diagnosis.
