Your iPhone uses its microphone to detect snoring patterns with an on-device machine learning model. When snoring is detected, your Apple Watch delivers a soft haptic pulse on your wrist, just enough to help you shift position, without waking you up fully or disturbing your partner.

Everything runs locally on your devices. Audio is never recorded, never uploaded, and never leaves your iPhone.

HOW IT WORKS
Place your iPhone near your bed and wear your Apple Watch to sleep.
Tap Start Session before bed or let the sleep-delay timer arm detection after you fall asleep.
When snoring is detected, your Watch delivers a gentle haptic cue.
Review your session in the morning: duration, episodes, peak snoring time, and a simple sleep score.
