Sober is a private sobriety counter and quit-habit journal built around the moments that matter: getting through an urge and continuing after a slip. Track more than one journey, see your current and longest stretches, and keep the full record without a shame-filled reset.
WHEN AN URGE HITS
Open a calm, guided urge-surfing exercise in a few taps. Choose the duration, optionally note what you noticed, and continue even if the app moves to the background. The exercise works offline and makes no promise about how long an urge will last.
