Space Replica turns a LiDAR room scan into dimensions, floor plans and 3D models. Document an interior, explore its layout, or export a printable model from one saved capture.

REQUIRES A LiDAR-EQUIPPED iPHONE OR iPAD
Scanning requires LiDAR, ARKit scene reconstruction and RoomPlan. Devices without LiDAR, including iPad Air, cannot scan or purchase scan plans; they can browse existing local models.

SCAN ONCE, CREATE MULTIPLE OUTPUTS
Capture your space with Apple's room and object detection. Save one capture to My Models, then process color textures, dimensions and floor plans, printable models, and Gaussian previews. Select Fast, Balanced or Detailed processing. All detail levels are included.

VIEW, PROCESS AND EXPORT
Explore your scans in Dollhouse, Solid or Walk Inside. Export supported USDZ, STL, plans and Gaussian files. Pause and resume processing from retained capture data. Rebuilding outputs and retrying processing never uses another scan.

3 FREE SCANS EVERY MONTH
Get three free saved scans each calendar month, resetting on the first day of the month (UTC). Unused free scans do not roll over. One saved capture uses one scan, regardless of how many outputs you create. Deleting a model does not refund a scan.

5 EXTRA SCANS
Buy a consumable pack of five scans for US $4.99, or the local price displayed in the app. Free scans are used first. Purchased scans do not expire and are stored only on this device. Finished consumable packs cannot be restored after deleting the app or on another device.

UNLIMITED SCANS
Subscribe for US $10.00 per month, or the local price displayed in the app, for unlimited saved scans during your active subscription. Your purchased scans are preserved while subscribed. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Restore Subscription restores an active Unlimited subscription; it does not restore scan packs. Saved models remain available after your subscription ends.

LOCAL CAPTURE AND PROCESSING
Photos, depth data and models stay on your device. No app account or cloud processing service is required. Optional object capture has additional hardware requirements.

Capture quality depends on light, surface detail and coverage. Verify critical measurements before using them for construction or fabrication.
