SpeakSym helps you capture symptoms as they happen — on Apple Watch or iPhone. Speak, tap or type an entry in seconds, then carry on with your day.

Start with a template for your condition or health goal, including menopause and GLP-1 / weight management, then personalize your quick-log tiles. On iPhone, add severity, timing, duration, possible triggers, activities, wellbeing, daily impact, user-entered temperature and medication context whenever you want more detail.

Bring symptoms, activities, wellbeing, daily impact, medication context and user-entered temperature together in one visual timeline. Follow changes in severity, duration and frequency; record medications as Taken or Skipped; and use optional reminders you control.

Premium adds longer-range charts, on-device pattern insights and activity correlations. Create a personal appointment summary or PDF report for the period you choose. Assisted Logging lets a family member, friend or carer help record entries on the same device when you need support.

OPTIONAL APPLE HEALTH

With your permission, SpeakSym shows resting heart rate, steps and sleep from Apple Health alongside your records, and writes matched logged symptoms to Apple Health. You can decline Apple Health access and still use SpeakSym.

PRIVACY AND CONTROL

Your journal is stored locally on your iPhone and paired Apple Watch. SpeakSym does not store a remote personal journal. Apple Health, voice services and anything you export or send work according to the choices you make.

You can review your data settings, export portable CSV files, create a backup of your journal, delete your data, or turn on optional Face ID/Touch ID/passcode App Lock from Privacy & Data.

FREE CORE LOGGING, OPTIONAL PREMIUM

SpeakSym is free to download. Core logging on iPhone and Apple Watch, medication tracking, the complete raw Timeline, privacy controls, data deletion and CSV export are free. Premium does not limit access to your raw Timeline or CSV export.

An optional monthly or yearly Premium subscription unlocks longer-range summaries and rankings, charts, on-device pattern insights, activity correlations, appointment summaries, PDF reports and other advanced views. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple subscription settings.
