Most emotional health tools ask you to think your way calm. Sphere works differently. Guided sound sessions use patented digitised neurofeedback to train the regulation itself, so it holds when you need it.


HOW IT WORKS

Sphere delivers Neurofeedback through sound alone. No headset, no wearable, no clinic appointment. Put your headphones in and start a session.

One 20 minute session a week. Not a daily habit to keep up with, not another streak to break. You log how you feel before and after, and over time you can see how your patterns are shifting.

Guided sound sessions
One structured neurofeedback session a week, for stress, emotional overwhelm, low mood and difficulty settling at night.

Emotional tracking
Rate your state before and after each session and watch the change build over time.

Mood diary
Capture what happened, what set it off and what helped, so you start to recognise your own triggers.

Sphere is built by Stress Point Health, a UK digital health company. The underlying digitised Neurofeedback technology was granted a UK patent in April 2025, with applications pending in the EU, US and UAE.
