Sphereify

Sphereify is a relationship-management app designed to help you stay connected to the people who matter most. By combining your existing phone contacts with customizable relationship types, origin tags, and AI-powered text prompts, Sphereify ensures you never miss a chance to reach out. Here’s how it works:

1. Contact Sync & Management
Sphereify integrates with your device’s Contacts, automatically populating names, phone numbers, and email addresses. You can edit each contact’s Relationship type (e.g., Friend, Parent, Sibling) and Origin (e.g., Church, Current Job) to track where or how you met. If a contact isn’t already in your device’s Contacts list, you can add them manually.

2. Last Contacted & Overdue Alerts
Each contact has a “Last Contacted” date. If none is set, Sphereify defaults to January 1, 2025. Based on user-defined thresholds (for example, 14 days for friends), Sphereify will notify you when someone is overdue for a check-in. These notifications arrive as grouped “overdue contacts,” so you can see exactly who needs attention.

3. AI-Generated Text Suggestions
Having trouble coming up with what to say? Sphereify connects to a simple AI manager that can craft a short, friendly message. Tap “AI-Generated Text,” and the AI will consider the contact’s name, your relationship (e.g., “Your friend, Jake”), and how you first met (e.g., “through Church”) to propose a concise conversation starter.

4. Call, Text, or Email
With a single tap, you can initiate a call or message through your phone’s default apps—Sphereify logs that contact as “Last Contacted” right away. If you have an email address on file, you can choose from multiple email providers, marking the contact as reached out to with a single button press.

5. Statistics & Insights
The Statistics screen keeps track of how many people are overdue and shows average, minimum, and maximum days since your last contact across all relationships. For those who want deeper info, you can enable advanced stats like median and mode of days elapsed. You’ll also see a distribution of your relationship types and contact origins.

6. Customizable Settings
In the Settings screen, define the frequency of reminders (e.g., 7 days for close family, 14 days for friends). You can also add or remove Origins to match your unique social or professional circles. Adjust these at any time to refine how Sphereify notifies you.

7. Onboarding & How-To
A helpful Onboarding Card appears if you have no synced contacts, guiding you to grant permission and import your address book. The integrated “How-To” screen offers step-by-step instructions (complete with tips about AI-generated messages, notifications, and more) so you’ll be up and running without any guesswork.

8. User-Friendly & Accessible
Sphereify’s interface combines color-coded icons—green for outgoing calls, texts, or emails and blue for logging inbound communication—so it’s easy to track your interactions. The app also includes accessibility labels, basic haptics for adding and removing items, and straightforward navigation throughout.
