LOG SMARTER
• Splits and routines: build your own (Push / Pull / Lower, full-body, classic 4-day, whatever you want) or start from sensible defaults. • Exercise library: 100+ curated movements with primary/secondary muscle mapping, plus your own custom exercises. • Per-set richness: weight, reps, warmup tags, time, cardio (distance, incline, zone), bodyweight, machine pin position, lb or kg. • Live Activity: an in-progress workout pins to your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island so you can see the set you're on without unlocking.
PLATE MATH WITHOUT THE MATH
The plate calculator handles real-world racks: Olympic, Women's, EZ, and now No Bar for plate-loaded machines. Type a target and Stack solves the per-side distribution against your available plates, or tap plates manually for a specific layout. The new Initial Resistance field captures the built-in load on Hammer Strength and similar machines so your typed weight still maps to a clean plate count.
