Statora: GLP-1 Gauge

Statora is a gauge for a GLP-1 regimen — semaglutide, tirzepatide and the like. It reads your weight, keeps your doses, and shows where you are in the cycle. It does not coach, cheer, or advise.

WHAT IT SHOWS
• Your weight trend, read from Apple Health or entered by hand.
• The dose cycle: which day you are on, when the next dose is due, and an illustrative level curve between doses, built from published half-lives. Estimated, never dosing advice.
• What to expect when a dose goes up, drops, or is missed — in plain terms, with a clear line about what is your prescriber's call.
• Readings: your own log compared against patterns GLP-1 users commonly report — nausea in the first days after a shot, energy dips, food noise quieting over weeks, fullness settling in. Anything that does not clear its threshold is not shown. Readings rotate as your data changes rather than repeating.
• A short recap after each check-in, at most once a day.

APPLE HEALTH
Statora reads what you authorize — weight, lean mass, body fat, steps, resting heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, protein, sleep — and writes back only what you switch on: weight, protein, caffeine, hydration. Doses, food noise, nausea and mood have no Health slot and stay in Statora.

ON YOUR PHONE
No account. No sign-in. No telemetry. Nothing is sent to us or anyone. Readings are computed on the device. The short observations that accompany them are generated on-device with Apple Intelligence where available, checked against your own figures before they are shown, and never uploaded.

WIDGET AND REMINDERS
A home-screen widget shows the cycle and logs a dose with one tap. An optional evening reminder on days with no check-in and no logged dose — and nothing on days you have. It eases off after a few quiet days rather than becoming wallpaper.

WHAT IT IS NOT
Statora is not medical advice and does not diagnose. The comparison figures come from published clinical summaries, cited in the app, and describe populations — not you. Your clinician knows your history; this is a gauge to bring to that conversation.
