Steady is a calm, household-friendly weight tracker for iPhone.

Built for people who want to show up regularly instead of obsess about a single number. Designed to feel encouraging, not judgmental — whether you're tracking loss, gain, or maintenance.

Steady logs weights in kilograms. Pound support is on the roadmap; the current release is metric-only.

What's inside

• Per-person profiles. Add your whole household — partner, parents, kids — each with their own private history. Profiles live on the device you set them up on.
• Syncs across your iPhone, iPad, and Mac via iCloud — privately, in your own iCloud account. We never see your data.
• Export and import CSV. Move your history to a new phone, back it up, or send it to your spreadsheet — whenever you want.
• A clear hero card that shows your latest reading and how it changed from the last one.
• A swift, gradient trend chart with filter ranges (7 days, 30, 90, a year, all-time).
• Weekly reminders. Pick the day and time that fits your routine.
• One-tap edit on any past entry. Got the number wrong? Fix it without losing your history.
• A polished, colorful design that doesn't lecture you.

Private by design

Steady stores everything locally on your iPhone using Apple's SwiftData. We don't ask for an account. We don't collect, track, or upload any data. We don't run ads. You can back up your history with iCloud Backup the same way you back up Photos.

What we deliberately don't do

• No goal-shaming. Your weight is yours.
• No food logging, no calorie counting, no macros. Just weight.
• No social feed, no leaderboards, no "streaks" that punish you for missing a week.
• No third-party analytics.
