Step Totals helps you review your Apple Health activity data with a fast, simple date-range summary.

Use the app to:

- view daily step totals
- view daily walking or running distance
- see totals across any selected date range
- see daily averages for the selected range
- compare recent periods with quick range shortcuts
- add today's steps or distance to your Lock Screen, Home Screen, or Apple Watch face
- add your own workouts as steps by activity and duration

Step Totals reads your Apple Health step count and walking or running distance. With enhanced counting it combines every source without double-counting. Workouts you add are saved to Apple Health as manual step entries.
