Still Night - Sleep Better

StillNight is a self-discipline tool that helps you reduce bedtime phone scrolling and build healthier sleep habits. You can set your bedtime and choose which apps to restrict. When bedtime arrives, StillNight reminds you to rest, and the cat on the home screen changes from awake to asleep. In an emergency, you can use an Unlock Ticket to temporarily unlock restricted apps; restrictions are automatically restored after you finish.

Key Features:

- Customize your bedtime and the apps you want to restrict
- Get reminders at bedtime and limit selected apps to reduce mindless phone scrolling before sleep
- Supports an allowlist and emergency unlocks to minimize impact on important apps
- Unlock Tickets are consumable in-app purchases; prices are as displayed on the App Store
- Privacy-first: app restriction settings and unlock records are stored only on your device by default

Usage Notes:

- StillNight requires you to grant iOS Screen Time/App Limits permissions; app restrictions will not work without authorization.
- System functions such as Phone and Messages are not restricted; please add important apps to the allowlist.
- This app is a habit-support tool and does not constitute medical advice; if you have serious sleep problems, please consult a professional.
- In-app purchase refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy.
